Client Service Representative:

We need a Client Service Representative to work at our clinic.  We stress compassionate quality care for pets and excellent service for their owners.
The applicant must be friendly, have very good telephone skills, work well under pressure, be able to multi-task, and be willing to offer the best care for our clients and their pets. The applicant must have good computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office.
Some of the duties are answering and returning phone calls, scheduling appointments, invoicing, discussing needed services with clients, dispensing medications, preparing daily deposits, and light cleaning.
The offered position is 20-30 hours per week, predominantly evenings and weekends.
Pay is dependent upon experience. Experience is preferred and we will train you if you're the right person for the position.

Veterinary Assistant/Technician

We are presently seeking a part time Veterinary Assistant/Technician. The candidate must possess experience in a veterinary clinic, be competent in handling dogs and cats, have good computer skills, be a good communicator, have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task and above all have enthusiasm for helping people care for their pets. You must be available some evenings and Saturdays.

Kennel Assistant:

Our busy animal hospital is looking for a part-time kennel assistant. Responsibilities include cleaning cages, providing food and water for our clients' dogs and cats, walking dogs, bathing dogs, maintenance such as mopping floors and doing laundry. You will also assist the veterinarian and technicians with restraint.
Requirements: You must like dogs and cats, have animal handling skills, be able to lift 45 pounds, be on your feet for 5 hours, and be willing to learn. 
This position is an excellent opportunity for someone who wishes to gain animal experience for further education and future careers.
Hours are afternoons, evenings and weekends.
